About Alexa
Alexa began to use the life-changing tools of Access Consciousness when she was 18 years old. Growing up in a very strict school she felt very wrong and never seemed to fit in, she was forced to take Adderall each day beginning at age 7 where the withdrawals were intense which eventually led to anxiety, depression, and a binge eating disorder. She promised herself at 13 years old that when she turned 18 she would look for a different way of living.
She explored different religions but the lightest of them was Buddhism, mostly because it isn’t very much of a religion but more of a lifestyle.
She studied Buddhism and recited the mantras as often as one could remember.
But she knew something that could give her more might be available so she kept trying different modalities. This interest led her to find the Access Consciousness tools and she attended her first Access Bars & Foundation Class.
After those 5 days, everything changed. Everything she was looking for, which was essentially getting more of her as a being started to show up. She felt like she did when she was a kid again… like her truest self, before the judgment, limitations, and points of view of the world start to infiltrate a child’s world.
She was more aware of everything around her and she was actually being present in her life. It was majestic... it felt like she wasn't stuck anymore. She was able to move out of what felt like chronic depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder.
Life became more ease in every possible way and she desired more and more of that. She continued to go to Access Classes, listened to every podcast she could, and read every book she could.
Upon finishing college, she became a Bars Facilitator and now facilitates Private Bars Sessions at her space in Venice, CA, and has monthly Bars Classes in Los Angeles to show others how their entire lives can transform into what they know is truly possible for them.
It's truly magical how these tools work and it all comes from being the potency and magic that you are and always have been but haven't had the empowerment, the tools, or acknowledgment to get there.
